More Ketchup :)

While counting down the days until we left for our trip to WA, Ashlee received a call from her sister saying they were going to induce her in a week, so Ashlee and Anderson hopped on a shuttle and then a plane to WA and waited and waited. After some delays, Ethan William, was born. (As posted earlier) At the same time, Joe was in the hospital in Rexburg suffering from unknown abdominal pain. Never truly finding out what was wrong with him, once he was released he got in the car and made his way to WA to meet up with us.


Then while enjoying our new nephew, Ethan, we patiently waited for THE BIG DAY!!! Anderson's 1st Birthday! It was a blast. The celebrations started the day before with Anderson getting his FIRST haircut!

He was totally cool the whole time Donna was cutting his hair. I was shocked since his dad screamed through his first haircut and probably would still but it's just not acceptable.

Then that night we went out to dinner with Grandma and Grandpap Alderson and yummy cake!
Then a party at Aunt Ty's and then another party the next day at Grandma Paula's. It was a blast! I can't believe all the presents he got. I've packed up a lot of his old toys because he received so many new ones. It's crazy how fast they pile up.

Then we headed back to ID , but not before stopping in Portland to visit Grandpa York, who just happened to be on business there. It worked out perfectly. Then we shot back up to Vancouver to visit our friend Jane and her little girl, Leila. Afterwards, we waved goodbye to freedom and headed to Rexburg. BUT, not until after we stopped for the night in Nampa to visit Grandpa & Grandma Thornock for a little more birthday festivities.
