Our Trip to Tennessee

Anderson enjoyed TN and so did we. With only one trip to the doctor's office, I think it went very well. And even with Anderson being sick and fussy, we still had a great time. Anderson did start to really sit up while we were in TN so that was nice too. Here he is showing off his skills . . .

We did take some pictures so that those not in TN could see how beautiful it is out there. Plus, we wanted to show grandma Paula that they even have her house down there just in case she was thinking about a move . . . or not?

We saw this sign fight when we got off the plane in Memphis. Soooo very comforting!!!

Well, the pictures that I planned on taking while visiting didn't really happen like I thought. I wanted to take pictures of us all over but I kept forgetting my camera but the day before we left Dyersburg we went over to the Singleton's and took pictures with the cousins.

OUR ICKY LOVE STORY

Joseph and I met in May of 2004, at the BYU-Idaho girl's dorms in Rexburg, Idaho! My roommates and I put on a dinner for a guy and his roommate, who invited his next door neighbors (Joe and Nate, Joe's roommate). Confused? Good, it gets better. Joe didn't really notice me and I didn't really notice him. I began dating the guy we invited over and because Joe was his next door neighbor we thought, "Hey, group dates!!" I actually felt bad for Joe because he was sooo shy, go figure! So, I set him up on dates with all of my friends and roommates. Sweet, huh? Well after my relationship ended I needed a friend. So that's where Joe came in. He'd talk to me about anything and everything and I felt so comfortable around him because, well, he was just a friend, right? One day I started to notice that Joe and I had a lot in common, quite a bit, really. I also started to notice just how cute he was. So, I started to work my magic. After hints of us going on dates and then finally having to ask him out myself, twice! I had tried a lot of my usual stuff, but Joe wasn't getting the hint! So, I told him that we would have cute kids, with his green eyes and my red hair. Still NOTHING!!! Then it hit him, he turned to me while "watching" TV at my apartment, which he was always at, and said, "Hey, maybe we should start dating." DUH!!!! So that night, July 5th, 2004 we went to the Independence Day fireworks celebration in front of the Idaho Falls temple and had some fireworks of our own . . . our first kiss! Fast forward 20 days, that's right, twenty!!! We'd spent every possible moment with each other (our transcripts will prove it) and we'd said our prayers and voila!! He proposed!! We were married December 18th that year and there's been nothing but craziness and love ever since!!!
